If possible rotate items in and out of storage bins by season. You don't need access to your wool sweaters in July. Seasonal rotation also promotes regular closet cleaning and straightening. Bathroom clutter is always an ongoing problem. Keep toiletry items in baskets under the sink. Bring the basket out while you are dressing and return it to the cabinet when you are done. Have a hamper for towels and keep medicines in a medicine chest. Women should consider using make-up chests or boxes for their various lipsticks, eyeliners, and other accoutrement.
